Venison Patties

Ingredients
- couple of kilos of neck or scrappy venison meat
- 500g beef or mutton fat
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg.
- 2 teaspoons sage
- teaspoon mixed herbs
- 2 chopped onions
Instructions
- Mince or finely chop up a couple of kilos of neck or scrappy meat with half a kilo of beef or mutton fat.
- Add 2 teaspoons of salt and the same of black pepper.
- Add 1 egg.
- Add 2 teaspoons of sage and a teaspoon of mixed herbs.
- Also two chopped onions.
- Mix all together and form into patties and fry or freeze for a later trip.
