Trout with Almonds

Ingredients
- 1 large trout - filleted
- salt and pepper
- 120 grams flaked almonds
- juice 1 lemon
Instructions
- Sprinkle trout fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in frypan - gently fry almonds turning frequuently until golden.
- Remove almonds - drain on kitchen paper- keep warm.
- Place a few trout fillets in frypan into hot fat, gently fry on each side for about 5 minutes - until golden brown and cooked through.
- Place on warm serving plate and keep hot - continue frying the other trout fillets in the same manner.
- When done, add lemon juice and remaining butter to frypan heat gently and pour over fish.
- Serve with a sprinkle of almonds on each fillet.
